All purchases made at in-person events, conventions, or pop-ups are considered final sale, unless the item is defective.
We encourage customers to review sizing and product details carefully before purchase.
If an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days with proof of purchase.
7. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect against fraudulent transactions (“friendly fraud” or unauthorized chargebacks), LVL CAP Apparel reserves the right to:

13. LVL CAP Loot Cards (Gift Cards)
LVL CAP Loot Cards are digital gift cards delivered by email and can be used toward purchases on our website.

Loot Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law)

LVL CAP Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards

Gift cards are treated as cash — please keep them secure

If a gift card is used in a transaction that is later disputed or charged back, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order or balance
We reserve the right to modify or cancel gift card offerings at any time.
