SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We currently ship across Canada.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
Shipping to the U.S. is coming this year.
We’re actively working on expanding into the U.S. to better serve our community.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We’re currently focused on serving customers within Canada. As LVL CAP grows, we plan to expand to additional regions in the future.
Global expansion is on the roadmap.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
LVL CAP Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered, LVL CAP Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is missing, we recommend:
